Slept 8 hours last night. Went to bed at 10:30, slept without interruption and woke up around 6:15. Not quite 8 hours, but close enough.
Also made it to the noon spin session at Pure Fitness. Took up my whole allotted time for working out, so didn't get to make up Monday's missed strength training. I've got to get home to get Bailey to rehearsal, so there's no opportunity to catch up later. I'll just have to make sure that's a priority tomorrow.
Stayed off the calf again, even though it feels much, much better. That's good. Gives me confidence that when I do test it out again on Saturday it'll be ready to go.
The scale has edged back upwards to 146 again, but I've gotten used to the fluctuations and know that I haven't put a pound of fat back on. Just doesn't happen that way. Still, can't help feeling just a twinge of uncertainty whenever that happens. I expect to be steady around 145 by the end of the week. I'm feeling much leaner than I was just a month ago.
Just got to get my running legs back.
