I ran alone, though, as Kelly and Leah ran together to run the 3-mile loop and Dave ran ahead of them on the 5-mile loop. I gave them a head start and added a wrinkle to the route that added an extra mile.

6.15 miles in 48 minutes for a 7:49 average pace. Perfect, and not bad for a hilly course like that.
Tomorrow is going to be the real test though: 12x 440 hill intervals. I'm both anticipating and dreading the workout. I just hope the weather holds. I don't want to have to do it on a treadmill.
(Oh, and left ankle is bothering me. Hope that isn't going to continue to be a problem.)
